Original post was dated 7/19/2020 Buyer beware, we called them just to replace a water heater. The guy was on the phone having an argument with significant other, because he was distracted on the phone was not paying attention to what he was doing. Finished the job but there was no hot water or water at all coming out of the sink. Called them the next day, took several phone calls and they sent back the same guy he said that the heater was the problem so he returned and got a new one. Finished installing it and again same issue, he told us straight up that did he didn't know what the problem was but he was gonna charge us $1500 more to fix it!!!! Called another guy and he is going to charge us $600 to replace the valves that were supposed to be replaced during installation of the new heater by the way a $1545 and my husband had to pay $50 for parts that the guy didn't have. Still trying to reach office for credit back but of course never called back on complains. On the comment to reach out to the office dated 10/13/2020 after the post my husband got a call from manager and said he was going to reach back to us, never heard back again, we already count that as loss money. 10/14/2020 Very considerate company in the middle of a pandemic. Came out and said I'd need to replace part of the sewer line...price $2400. I had a bush removed so the work could be done. Before having them come back, I wsnted a second opinion. Aztec Plumbing came out and found the line intact and no need to repair. Mr. Rooter is crooked. Scam artists.
