Tropical just finished our shower remodeling. They where polite,onetime,cleaned up daily,used fine products with the this project ( update our master shower ) very professional on all fronts. .... have to give them a 5 star for our project. For sure we wii use them again for our nexts project. We found Tropical Elegence on Home Advisor ..... much thanks TJK

I give this company five stars on the job they performed. If you are looking for a company that will purchase materials with imperfection, and charging over market prices, pick out your slab without you being able to make choose, being charged for their mistakes, not being provide an itemized price receipt after repeatedly requesting one. Having unqualified employee working on plumbing hooking pipe lines up wrong, going weeks without water, sink and counters tops in the kitchen. Owner will call you telling you about his problems and acting like hes doing you a favor, leaving their employee in your home without a supervisor and the company asking you to watch their employees, their employee going through your house and your refrigerator helping themselves. Then this is the company for you.
