        Just moved my dog up here from south Florida and haven’t gotten a vet yet. VCA treated myself and my GSD with kindness and care. It was late afternoon and my dog somehow ripped one of her nails out. She was in so much pain. After calling a couple of other vets, who couldn’t see her until next week they squeezed her in and took care of her. They will be my vet in Ocala. They were wonderful with my dog and very reasonable with the charges. Thank you SO much!!!!!

        Most of the staff is great with my dog, but there is 1 that continuously acts scared cuz he is a lab/pit mix so we have to muzzle him because of her when she is around. Not fair to our dog
