Beth's Burger Bar

The food is okay and the restaurant is clean but the overnight security guard is very rude and disrespectful. He accuses paying customers of doing things they haven't done and refuses to let customers use the restroom until their order is completely paid for.

Good food and typically quick service. They have a lot of options to customize your own burger or choose one of their pre-defined creations. Don't forget to use your punch card and get a free burger after 8 or so visits.

I loved this place! Why did this location close down? I'm sad because I just finished my punch card and now I can't get my free burger! I'm so disappointed...

I’ve had numerous poor experiences here. From cold food to rude/short customer service. It really sucks to write this bc I used to love the food but the customer service has always lacked. I go here late at night when gringos has a long line thinking, “oh, Beth’s has good food - let me avoid the long lines.” TIME AFTER TIME they have proved that waiting in line at gringos is the better option. Most recently, I was served cold food as well as told that my tots would be coming soon. Waited a minute before said tots would arrive (thinking it’d be “soon”) We’ll tots never came so I went to the counter. “Excuse me, my food was served cold and I never received my tots.” 2 things happened: 1) 3 employees looked at my food as if “cold” wasn’t an option - I get it. Food is sometimes served under temp. I simply asked for a quick microwave nuking but apparently my request was too much. 2) In regards to my tots not being served yet told they were coming - fresh tots were on the counter!! They were given to me immediately! They have proven that customer service is not in their best interest. TL:DR the customer service sucks here and waiting in a seemingly long gringos line is 100^ ALWAYS worth the wait. F this place and their lack of care for clientele.
