Little Caesars Pizza

Either order online for Pick up or don't come to this store at all. Customer service is AWFUL. We waited 10 mins to be greeted just to be told "we're not taking any orders". We weren't looking for an all out greeting or Care but it'd be nice to at least be acknowledged and shown an empathy for the inconvenience. Smh.

I waited 22 minutes for 2 pepperoni extra most bestest. The lobby was full of people waiting. What happened to "walk in, walk out?" This happens every time I go to this location.

Worse store ever. They can see customers getting inside the store they don't come to the front to a least ask how can i help you. No customer service at all. They always in the back like the store is close or something.

Me and my wife ordered pizza and other things and we asked for delivery. Due to corona virus the delivery guy left the order on the floor outside my apartment. He didn't even ring the bell or knock the door!!!

Customer Service should be for everyone, I placed an order on line on 3/9/2022 around 9:00. My son went to pick up the order out of the pizza portal but wasnt ready, when he ask the manager that evening handed him two boxes of pizzas that was sitting there since 4:00 PM that day. After my son tried to explain to him that was not his pick up the manager gave it to him anyway, The manager refuse to look at his order number and ticket which I sent to my son via text. I had to get in my car drive to the store show the manager the box of pizzas that was dried up, burnt and should not have been in his shelf to begin with before I could actually get my order.
