        I had worked with this company for a couple of years but when I recently purchased a new home and needed updated coverage I was very disappointed. The quotes were very high for the bare minimum and Amy did little to try to do better. She did not respond timely to calls or emails, and when she did she never got my name right. I switched to another broker with competitive rates for better coverage and much better service.
