        I don't understand why this company has negative reviews. I am a freight forwarder and have been in the field for 12 years. I have used Anova since day 1 and they have NEVER let me down. I contract them for every shipment that needs insurance without thinking twice. The few times that I have had a claim, the Anova team in Miami has handled my claims quickly and issued payments without a problem. I rest easy with Anova, and have zero hesitation to recommend them to my clients. I can't think of a single bad experience with Anova.
