Evie the store manager is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and help solve your issue. We were very comfortable waiting in the lobby with refreshments and TV. I will be going back to this location when I need something else done on my car.

Up until my most recent experience, this location has been where I came for repairs for over 8 years. I'm not a car guy, so its important to me that I find repair shops with honest people as I'm the prime candidate to be taken advantage of by my lack of automotive knowledge. However this was never an issue under the previous manager, Bob. I connect this change in how I feel about this location directly to the new manage Evie. I was introduced to her by Gerald when I brought my truck in recently for a repair. Gerald told Evie that that I was a loyal customer and to take care of me, however she did just the opposite. I needed a hub bearing. Evie told me that it would be $500 for the hub and $200 for the sensor. But before agreeing, I found the part on the Advanced Auto website and found out that the sensor comes with the hub. This means that Evie tried to pocket $200 off of me. I called her back and asked if the sensor comes with the hub. She said she would call me back. When she returned my call, she said that in her search that she was able to find one with the sensor included, and went as far as to take credit for being a great parts negotiator, which is insane since all aftermarket hubs come with a sensor. I viewed this as her poor attempt to cover up her dishonesty and attempt to take advantage of a 8 year loyal customer. As a result I will no longer take our family vehicles there for repair. It upsets me because their location is convenient and they had always taken good care of me. However Evie's actions severed my trust in them. Today I need a repair, and for the first time I'm going to Pep Boys around the corner. I can't in good faith give my business and money to a business that tried to rip me off. LaMarr

I had a very important all day training that I could not miss as it only took place once a year. Although I did not have an appointment (My car was dropped off late at night after the tread came off of my tire) and the tires that I wanted to purchase were not in stock at this location, Robert was able to order the tires for m another store and had me on the road to my training within 2 hours. I will never take my car anywhere else. I also told my supervisor and all of my co-workers about my amazing experience.
