David, John and Levi were outstanding. They work diligently, continually, took on more work than was originally identified and did their work with pride and professionalism. David was supervising and communicating effectively, continually and obtaining all the supplies necessary as the work unfolded. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. This was our first experience of dealing with the company and we were not disappointed. We live overseas and so the episode could have been very stressful but throughout they were very supportive and reassuring, even to the point of Peter, the owner, and David D getting on a conference call to talk us through the various stages which was greatly appreciated. David, John and Levi were both friendly and professional in their approach to the job and were very willing to explain the various stages of the work as they went along. At the end of each day, they also did a superb job in cleaning up and taking all the garbage with them. Very happy to recommend this company as they did an excellent job and a special mention also to Sara back in the Office who was always very accommodating and helpful throughout. Management and staff very professional. On time and a magnificent remediation. Job after fire demolished my facility. I highly recommend. their services for anyone experiencing such an unfortunate catastrophe. They help eliminate some of the frustration. Kudos to these guys.

Five stars isnt enough! This was my first experience with water damage from a pipe leak and I was extremely impressed how they responded to my initial call. David was at my house within an hour and explained everything from beginning to end & handled all the insurance paperwork for the water damage. The damaged areas were prepared, dried and sanitized which helped this very overwhelming situation become easier to deal with. I highly recommended this company!
