Upon move in the apartment was NOT clean. It took 3-4 times mopping the floor before I could walk around without shoes without getting black feet. Gretel & Tanya are very nice & helpful. Isaac does not give a s*** about the residents. He is EXTREMELY rude & disrespectful every time he picks up the phone & has absolutely no people or customer service skills. It is shocking to me that TGM keeps people like that on their staff. Our washing machine exploded 3 times causing the kitchen to flood & they fixed it with ZIP TIES instead of replacing the hose. We had no AC for 2 weeks after continuous calls, emails, & maintenance requests until finally we contacted our lawyer who called Ibis Walk & the problem was then resolved within the hour. Ibis Walk would have been a nice place to live if it wasn’t for such poor management.

Lived at tgm for 1 year, the place wasn't for me, was never a good fit. That being said, the time I was there the staff was very nice and always on point with any maintenance issues I ever had. The people above me were always very loud, it seemed they were dragging furniture around all day and all night, but again this is apartment living. I've seen prior reviews where "the guy" in the leasing office needs to work on his people skills, I had dealt with Issac the entire time I was there and which I thought he was very professional and I had seen several times where he had gone above and beyond in some circumstances. The place was very nice, I'd say my only complaint was .... the rent was pretty high for what you got and sadly enough the gates were always broken.
