I called in for a quote on a wear ring repair for my jet ski and the guy told me $80 plus tax for a 1 hour job I said no problem. Told him I would be providing the wear ring since I wanted to order a stainless steel piece so its more sturdy and wont break as easy. He proceeded to say I guess we wont be working on your jet ski then. I said what do you mean? He said well we have the wear ring part too and if youre not going to order it from us were not going to replace it. I advised the male who answered the phone at 3:55pm 10/15 that he did not even offer me to buy the part from them or communicate properly. Super unprofessional business. I will stick to Barneys and other reliable places that provide guaranteed quality work and professionalism. Instead of pushing business away. Management- would not have this guy working for you , giving you a bad name. Thanks.

Real shady location. Tried to pickup a u-haul rental here and owner was mad I asked about his Jetski business?? Owner didn't understand the check-in process so instead of wait another 30 mins while he figures it out I just had my reservation moved to a different location. I'd avoid this place if you're in a rush or like good customer service.

Don't trust these people I paid 400$ bills he says i only paid him 200 we had to pull the camera footage to find out he was lying, the guy had blonde curly hair.
