        horrible!  place smells like dog crap and urine!

        Extremely disappointed. My sister sent flowers for my birthday back in May. The case was cracked. I called and they said they would sent a new case right out. After many phone calls and lots of promises I never got the vase. When I tried to call today July 6th. They are on vacation. This is a very poor way to do business.
