Rude and unprofessional is an over statement. The "office manager" Brent Canada hung up on my daughter. Another "office manager" Jenna or Janna (something like that) argues with you when it is she that screwed up my daughter's policy as well as mine. Jenna/Janna (or whatever) created multiple policies under my daughter's name (including a homeowners policy when she doesn't own a home). Choose them if you like but both myself and my daughter had to switch agents. I asked Brent for the number to the home office and he claimed not to know it. However within seconds I found it thanks to google. Also, conveniently, neither of these representatives put notes in the computer. Ended up having to file a complaint. Ridiculous!!! And where is Peter??? Never heard from him!!!
