Saw Dr. V in September 2023 for colonoscopy. He has a good bedside manner, but evidently he does not listen to his patients. I asked to be sedated so that I would not experience pain or remember any parts of the procedure. During the examination I felt all the pain and was able to converse with him and the nurse. They found polyps and removed. He needs to listen to his patients. When I have to repeat this procedure he will sedate or it won't be done.

-1 Star if that were an option. Your front desk employees are the first impression of your practice. If you have rude people working the front desk, who talk down to elderly people and roll their eyes, it does not say alot about the practice as a whole. I would talk to the "first impression" portion of your staff and explain that you have sick, elderly people coming in and they should be treated with the same respect they would like their parents or grandparents to be treated with. Rude and condescending gets you nowhere. Do better.

Just told by nurse Rhonda that I can go to work with meds prescribed by Dr. Singh that make me drowsy and dizzy after requesting an excuse. Got to find another doctor. This is ridiculous.

Go somewhere else if you can. This place is always behind..not sure if they are short staffed or they overbook appointments. Due to helpinga senior, I have to come here for insurance purposes or I would not use them.
