        I received a quote for an inground pool on 12/2/2021, I confirmed the price and the quote with a good to go on 12/3/21, asking what they need from me as far as deposit. Reached out to Steve in March asking for an update and he texts me there is a problem. Steve calls me and tells me he is no longer doing vinyl pools due to the back order of liners and my quote is no longer good. I understand things being on back order, however you don't just disregard the approval of a quote when provided to a customer and not reaching out to them so they can find another company. Bad customer service. I received a quote for an inground pool on 12/2/2021, I confirmed the price and the quote with a good to go on 12/3/21, asking what they need from me as far as deposit. More

        We used Servco for regular pool service for about three years. For the first couple of years I had no complaints. Then they spun off their pool maintenance business to something called "ServPros" (which is not "ServPro"). Since then it has been nothing but excuses and attempts to sell us additional services we didn't want or need. Avoid "ServPros." Servco was actually very responsive when I brought this problem to their attention and that was when I learned "ServPros" was an entirely separate company with no accountability to Servco. Note: Edited to change to 3 stars, in fairness to Servco, because I realize some of the problems since they sold the company were out of their control. I still think they should have made the transition clearer so we all knew exactly who we were and weren't dealing with. We used Servco for regular pool service for about three years.
