AT&T Store - Closed

Worst cell phone experience ever. Do not bother calling at&t. They do not know what they are doing. I have literally spent most of my talk time on the phone with at&t trying to get problems resolved. Do not bother trying to do anything on the at&t website because it does not respond. You MUST waste your time and gasoline by driving to the at&t store in order to get anything resolved. Switching back to Verizon as soon as this contract is over. At&t, SERIOUSLY go hang!

I have been an AT&T customer of the Bradfordville store at Bannerman Crossing in Tallahassee for a number of years. I just bought another new I-Phone this past week. The new store manager, Brian, was excellent in his overall customer service. He was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and very helpful in answering questions and explaining things in layman terms. His expertise and years of experience with AT&T and his professional, yet friendly, demeanor make him a great asset for AT&T and for those of us who are his customers.

I just want to say a huge "Thank you" to all that stop to spend a little time in the store with us. And then take the opportunity to go online and tell others about there experiences. We really enjoy the community in this area and hope we can continue to help and serve this area for years to come.
