Dr. Jad Jaffal

Dr. Jaffal performed a tooth extraction using iv sedation and a bone graft for a dental implant. I slept through entire procedure and it was totally painless. Dr. Jaffal and his staff were kind, considerate and very professional. My dental implant is awesome! It's like I got my real tooth back. If I could give 100 stars I would.. unfortunately I came into Dr Jaffal’s care after I was bit in the face by a large breed dog. The assistant I had (I can’t remember her name) made me feel 100% comfortable before they even began the process of suturing. Dr. Jaffal took his time and was very precise when it came to stitches, I had mostly internally because the gash was so large. After 2 weeks, all the external stitches came out and I am thoroughly impressed.. once was a gash (of missing skin) turned into a minimal scar.. Dr. Jaffal and the assistant were very gentle the whole removal process, very informative. I will recommend him to anyone 1,000 times over. Thank you, Dr. Jaffal!

Dr.Jaffal and his staff are the best my granddaughter had extractions done and they made her feel very comfortable while in their care. Too bad I can only give 5 stars because her rating on a scale of 1 to 10 she gives 10,000

Dr. Jaffal was one of the surgeons who performed my double jaw surgery while he was a chief resident at Washington Hospital Center in DC. He managed my case throughout and I can't say enough good things about him. He is one of the kindest gentlest doctors with the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced. My body is ultra sensitive to almost ANYTHING and I a lot of complications with unknown and newly developed allergies in my 30s and whatnot after the surgery, which we've now, after several other surgeries realized (I always end up with an allergy to a bandage or gauze or one of the meds or an infection without a heavy dose of prophylactic and post antibiotics) and I cannot actually take most pain relievers orally without getting sick. I felt like Dr Jaffal never brushed me off. He was probably the only doctor who listened to me when I legitimately wasn't feeling well and he was the one person I trusted when he walked into the room. My wife adored him too. We always looked forward to seeing him at the office. I'm now having the plates removed because my body doesn't seem to like anything foreign in it, even though most people never have an issue. And I am sooo wishing Dr. Jaffal had his own practice in DC or was still at Washington Hospital Center. I would go to him in a heartbeat. He is both competent and compassionate and has a lovely personality. If it werent for COVID i would probably fly to Florida to have him take the plates out! Highly recommended.
