Placed an order today ONLINE on the BWW website for order to be ready to deliver at 7:00 the door dash driver calls and said it’s not ready I’m not waiting!! You think you would hold on to every piece of business you can and fulfill the order that was placed an hour and 45 minutes prior. Very Sad!! No Longer a Fan of BWW!

I was very happy with this visit. Walked in and they were cleaning. Manager approached and told me to pick my table, which I like when a restaurant is slow. Server was quick and friendly, water was never empty, food came out quickly. It was a nice experience and very efficient. I will return.

Ordered a cranberry vodka during happy hour. Went to take a sip and there was a beetle in the bottom of the drink. Quickly called the manager over and his response was “that’s been happening, it’s the weirdest thing. They’re coming from the river”. This was our first time here and definitely our last. I’ve never experienced customer service like that before. I still can’t believe that just happened.
