When my Sub-Zero Refrigerator decided to stop cooling, I had just filled it up with groceries, so I had to find someone fast. I asked my building maintenance supervisor who would he call, I'd call Richard Missouri for sure he owns Advanced Budget Repair and he's been in business at the same location for 30 maybe 40 years, they are professional and affordable, this is who I call when my appliances or air conditioning breaks! I was impressed with all the great things he had to say about Advanced Budget Repairs that my search was over and I called them. To my surprise Richard answered the phone, he was very polite and eager to quickly resolve my issue, when I mentioned I just went shopping and filled my refrigerator up last night, Richard took my number and zip code and said he be back in touch with me in 5 minutes, okay. Richard called me right back and said he had a Sub-Zero Certified Specialists that could be there within the hour, Great I said and gave him my information. The service technician was neatly dressed, very professional and friendly, I showed him the refrigerator and said call me if you need me, I am in my office. Was not even 10 minutes before the technician called out to me and said he had to go to his truck and see if he had the part in stock and get me the estimate. The technician came in with the part and the estimate seemed more than reasonable and he said everything will be back in order shortly. Before Richard's Technician made the repair I did not notice how noisy it had become but when he finished the repair I was amazed at how quiet it was, and the technician showed me a coil that I am suppose to clean, and never have but the technician had his own step stool and vacuum, my building super was right Advance Budget Repair has the experience, knowledge and workmanship necessary to provide excellent service. I am very thankful I found Richard Missouri and Advanced Budget Repair, they helped me through what I thought was going to be a major catastrophe and Thanks to the professionals at Advanced Budget Repair my home was back in order a few hours after I placed the call, I am impressed! Thank you Advanced Budget Repair and you Richard Missouri really saved my day!!!
