Don't bother going. I went at lunch break and the business is no longer there. It would be nice if they would denote on their website to as not waste potential customers' time.

Exceptional customer service, I was able to get my Samsung S4 phone's screen fixed during lunch break. The store is simple, but the people are fantastic, super nice and welcoming.

I previously went to a different place to get my phone fixed after I first broke my front screen on my iPhone 4s but that place had horrible customer service, cheap materials, and did and overall bad job. My phone cracked the same week. Atlanta Phone Guru had amazing service and really worked around my schedule. The prices are reasonable to compared to other stores, heck they even threw in a screen protector free of charge. They are the best! I would definitely recomend to anyone looking for repairs or to customize their phone.

I was blown away by their quick and honest service! I took my iphone to Atlanta Phone Guru to get it repaired. Based on my layman diagnosis, using info from the web, I told them I thought my power button switch was broken. The symptoms supported that diagnostic so they quoted me $35 to replace the switch. When returned an hour later, they gave me my phone and said "your phone is fine, no charge." I asked what the problem was. The technician said "you just had a loose connection." It would have been very easy for them to charge me some amount for "fixing" my phone but they didn't charge me a dime. What an amazing show of good will and integrity. Now I know why their shop sometimes has a line at the service desk. If I ever have any problems with my cell phone, I am heading straight back to Atlanta Phone Guru. They earned my trust and future business.
