        Bad service. Mold in room. Floor was wet due to a flood earlier in the week. Elevator was out. Constantly told different things depending on who was at the front desk. Tried to get another room but had room given away to someone else because they wouldn't move us right away when we first talked to them. No manager on property what ever time we tried talking to them and the manager was the only one who could approve anything. Still waiting for resolution.
