First Advantage

This company shouldn't exist, when you call to get information on your report they don't have a clue to what you are talking about. I don't understand why is my ssn, address, birthday and name being allowed to be accessed in another country. They put your report in review status, but can't tell you why it's in review status or even give you an estimated eta for completion.

I don't know what makes someone to hire these guy's to do a background,I have list full of names who took my call and hung up on multiple times,they put you on hold 15-45 mins.they don't know what they are doing.still trying to figure out what went wrong? And guess what you can't file a dispute over a false information they provide,
