I asked for help with grease china peel off pencils that is in stock at this location, but my respond was look in the same section I already observed. No one didn't see if it was in stock and the manager was having conversation with another employee about nothing that was concerning the jo . When I told her I was doing a review I got the help I wanted and the same stock employee I asked for help the first time (when he was sweeping the floor while eating) assist me with information I needed with his watch that had the stock inventory information. I was in there literally 15-20 mins when I already asked for help when I first search the item that was not there. People need to work on customer service, because this could've been easily avoided.

1 ONLY SELF CHECKOUT MACHINE AVAILABLE/WORKING! CUSTOMERS HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR IT! CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO HAVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK TO DO THEIR PAPERWORK DONE FOR THEM! THAT IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! NOT EVERY CUSTOMER IS COMPUTER SAVVY OR COMFORTABLE WITH DOING IT FOR THEMSELVES!

I placed an order for a notary stamp in December 2023. The order came in went to pick it up it was in the bin I got it came home when I opened it to try immediately noticed the information was in the wrong way not how it placed the order. Went back to the store the next day spoke with Manager on duty he acted as if he was so busy to take a minute to just look at me and pretend to be concerned. He told me to go back over to the printing department the young lady was making up stuff what she was saying was making no sense. I left the store upset . Waited a day called back and spoke with another person in printing explained what happened she asked me to come back and do another order I did and this stamp was worse than the first one. I was refunded my money. But the order was never corrected and she stated the company that did my notary stamp said they did not see anything wrong with the stamp the information was upside down. Meaning that my name was at the bottom with city and expiration date at the top. This is a official stamp with the information wrong. I was told several times I am speaking with the company. This order was placed in December of 2023 it is March of 2024 nothing. I will not be using or recommending anyone to use this company. Went to another company and got the stamp made correctly. Called corporate office to speak with someone about my experience brick wall. Thank you'll for nothing.

Y'all really need to regulate the print line better. I stood there for 10 minutes with not one person finishing their print job. A girl had her computer out searching for the documents to send. Perhaps make a sign saying people need to email their documents and have the code ready before stepping up to the printers so at to limit their time occupying the printers and be more efficient overall.
