Keith is amazing! He found and repaired our leak in a day. A plumber who came to check out the leak before Keith advised us we were going to have to reroute our plumbing. This would have cost thousands of dollars. Keith saved us tons of money by finding an alternative method that solved our problem effectively.

Very fast response and professional work. I am very pleased with the work done! They had to re-route the gas line and it was done for a third of the cost of other "overrated" companies. I am definitely recommending Benson & Douglas to any friends that needs their services! Thank you!! A+++ service

Keith did a great job replacing my old water heater. In addition to replacing the water heater itself, Keith made updates to the plumbing in the crawl space to ensure everything was safe and up to date. The project was quoted online with pictures which was convenient and I received a detailed estimate outlining the work that would be done as well as potential extra costs that could be expected upon installation. Price was affordable and communication was easy. I would recommend Benson & Douglas and will use them for future projects as well. Service: Install water heater

Keith Forrester was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. He was a delight to talk to while he was replacing our old water heater.
