        AVOID! Rude staff and they treat each customer differently. They are not concerned about the customer instead make them wait and don't offer any help with selection. Would not recommend this store .Overall a very bad customer experience.

        I would give it a ZERO if I could. I bought some slide sandals online. They were uncomfortable. I wore them only at home. When I went to retun them at the store in Phipps plaza Atlanta, I was immediately denied the return saying they were worn. The problem is the way they communicated their NO. It was Non-negociable and I felt right away labeled. I do not recommend anyone buying from Cole Han Online nor shop at the phipps plaza store. The rude staff and manager made the return experince very uncomfortable.
