        Bill was very pleasant and helpful with my order. He pulled up the obituary and guided me thru the process. We live 4 states away and so they said they would send me a picture of the arrangement ! Thank you for continuing to bring smiles!!! Fyi... never did receive the picture of the flowers I purchased Hope they really got there!
