I have been working with Dave for several years, trying to build classical guitar skills. The blend of practical work and music theory is very helpful. He challenges you to think beyond simple music reading and playing. Recommended!

Mr.Dave is THE best guitar teacher ever! When I moved to California, I decided to try different teachers! Boy was that a HUGE mistake, I had some of the worst experiences ever! I am so thankful he allowed me to sign back up for his lessons via Skype! He is very patient and kind!! Thank you Mr.Dave! You rock!

Dave's an incredible teacher. Though I've played for years, my knowledge of the fretboard and technique have grown so much as a result of Dave's holistic approach. He has a way of giving you the full picture so that everything comes together in your development and command of the instrument, from theory to application. Plus, he consistently challenges you to keep growing and expanding your horizons. And now, back to practice!
