Abercrombie & Fitch

I visited this store today and the ladies who were working were very pleasant. However, the male employee with curly hair abruptly, loudly and rudely interrupted my sister and I while we were shopping and startled me. When I said you scared me he just looked at me. Im not sure why he has such a negative attitude and treats the customers so rudely. This is the second time an employee at this location has treated me with suspicion and contempt. Ive spent so many countless thousands of dollars at Abercrombie over the years and dont appreciate how this location has clearly profiled women with strollers and diaper bags as potential criminals to the point of becoming personally angered by our presence. Discrimination is wrong, period. Its 2024, why are we still profiling and accosting customers off of preconceived notions? Its actually extremely offensive how they watch you like a hawk as if their life depends on it and the overall hostility. Do better.

Store design on the female side is a bit scattered. It's kind of hard finding what I'm looking for in there honestly.
