Absolutely amazing!! Outstanding customer service and timelines!!! Problem was fixed immediately and in very quick timing. Store is clean, no pressure, and super friendly. Please consider this Mavis for your cars service needs. You wont be disappointed!!!

I'm glad this place is not ntb anymore....I had a nail in my tire I called a day before Kaylene was great I came in the next day he remembered me and got me squared up within 30 mins. Kaylen has excellent customer service if he's at that spot you will definitely be satisfied..... Somebody give that man a raise

Not all Mavis locations are equal. Poor, poor experience at 4865 Alabama Rd NE (near Hwy 92/Sandy Plains). Convenient location and fair price brought me in to the store. I purchased 4 new tires ($300+ each), mounted, balanced, and an alignment 4 weeks ago, then re-torqued after roughly 30 miles. I followed up after a few days because I noticed that there was a new vibration while driving. I was told that the CV axles were leaking grease and could be causing the vibration, so they've been replaced. The vibration is still noticeable at highway speeds. I called this location Hwy 92/Sandy Plains this morning and was set up for an appointment. They were unable to pull my order and was told that they could not check balance and it would need to be re-balanced for an additional $20/tire. I reminded her that this was just done when I purchased the tires a few weeks prior, but she couldn't find my order. She brought a tech to the front who told me the same. He doubted that I purchased from them and said he has been there for the past month and hasn't seen me or my truck come in! Then said that they would only cover the work if it was within 2 weeks, but he would "try" to work with me if I could find a receipt and it was recent. Luckily I had the receipt in the truck (dated exactly 1 month prior). The technician looked at the receipt and told me they would still not cover. He said I could have driven over a bunch of potholes right after I left. I was shocked enough to warrant writing my first google review and will not be giving this location any more business. However, after calling additional stores, the location 1405 East Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA was able to take better care of me. They were friendly, upfront, and willing to help resolve the balancing issue. I assume these are franchised based on the difference in experience.
