Midas

I went to Midas and I told Troy I had an issue with my oil Pan transmission that the OPN was rusty and I asked Troy if he will check it out make sure that it wasn't leaking an if it was if he could repair it because the OPN was rusty. he put it up on the lift inspected it, he said not a problem just a little rust an sanded it down put some spray paint on it and I asked him how much I owe, he said there's no charge he could of said that there was a leak, the gaskets were leaking, he could of charge me all the way up to $700. I checked out other places and they gave me high figures. this location honesty, a man of honesty. I would recommend him, I give him the highest rating. too many dishonest people today in the world

I went in because my muffler heat shield was rattling and I was looking to get it welded back in place or at least an estimate for a new one.  After the manager opened the store, he asked me to watch the store for a few minutes as he ran across the street to get some medication.  Technician did not show up until 30 minutes after opening and appearance of both employees was totally unprofessional, wife beater and crocs.  Fast forward 4 hours, my truck finally gets on the rack and my suspicions were confirmed.  Instead of fixing the problem while on the rack, it was recommended I make an appointment for next week. No worries, won't be back!!

They over charged me for oil change and store manager refused to take a Midas discount coupons from me. He told me that he doesn't accept coupons and won't do services for free beside speaking with me in inconvenient way. But the front disk employee was supportive and gave me a useful information about my car. Service: Oil change

I left my 2006 Honda Accord coupe with them a while back. My air conditioner was only cooling when it wanted to, and I trusted Midas would fix it. After two attempts and $500 my air conditioner would still cool when it wanted to and not when I told it to. So I took my car to a different shop and let them take a crack at it. It turned out to be a relay had gone bad. It cost only $50 for the other shop to replace the relay. I recommend taking your vehicle to a different shop, not Midas.
