Wow.. I can not thank the team over at A1 Investment Properties in Savannah enough for how simple this process was. They literally gave me a call within 12 hrs with an offer on my rental home I’ve been wanting to sell and we closed the next week. No repairs and they handled everything. Living out of state and having a rental property in Georgia was becoming stressful having to deal with expensive repairs and maintenance, after receiving several mailings from many investors we chose A1 Investors as they were the only ones who called and offered us a reasonable offer on our home. Being skeptical about doing business via email and by telephone we truly appreciated the immediate answers and responses to the many questions we had about selling our property.
