They returned my dog to me with a gaping wound, and claim they have no idea how it happened. Totally unacceptable to have harmed the dog and to have not even noticed.

Always great with my Bird. Lil D loves it there. Sometimes I have to do weird things for her to come back to me. . She's always happy when she gets home.

They returned my son's dog with wounds. When he inquired, they didn't even know the dog was wounded or how it happened. Clearly they were tugging on his collar because the wound is near that area. A large patch of raw, bleeding skin with all the hair rubbed off. How could they not have noticed???

The staff is fantastic! Our two dogs actually love going here and they are welcomed with open arms. Which makes us happy because they both have separation anxiety but here they are at ease! When they are groomed they come out looking like super stars and are super confident!
