This photo is during business hours at 8pm with a sign on a scrap piece of paper saying they will be back while two workers are sitting in the back on their phones giggling. This is a corporate business that has set business hours and they need to hire more professional employees and keep the store open the hours that are posted. Luckily they were not the only sunglasses spot at Waikele; I went to Sunglass Hut. They were great!

Great prices on really good brands. Got a pair of Tom Fords for less then $200. Everyone was super nice and no pressure.

Came by the Waikele outlet to grab some sunglasses yesturday evening. The door for Solstice Sunglasses was locked at 6:30pm, store hours posted on the door and online are 7pm. When i tapped on the window to get the store girl's attention she ignored me and was on her cell phone. So i called them and asked why the door was locked at 6:30, her answer was that she needed to clean up before leaving so she closed early. She wasn't cleaning, she was on her cell phone. Either way it's very unprofessional to lock your doors half an hour before closing. So i went over to the Sunglass Hut to buy some glasses instead, they closed at 7pm as well however the front doors were open for customers to come in, i would reccomend going to Sunglass Hut if you are shopping for glasses in Waikele. They were very nice and professional.
