Chevy was great, well knowledgeable, patients, honest, and humble rear to find one of these few men in the business. I was driving from Washington to Utah for my next job assignment, half way to the trip all of the sudden car lost power, calmly merged engine was rattling, I turn it off waiting for 15 minutes check around for any oil or water leaks, no prove of it. Turn it on and notice it gain power but the check engine was on so I proceeded to the nearest O'Reilly for a free check up, supposedly the said it's was the throttle body sensor and need to change ASAP. I ignore the that, since I was going stop at noise for the night went on web look for shop open on Sunday, all where close, I'm not surprise, and I came by chevy Business, I gave him a call told him what happen and what did oreilly suggest I should do. He advise me to first do diagnosis then go from their, we set it up for next day between 9-10. Chevy arrive early at 9:10 very professional, He did the diagnosis and couldn't find nothing wrong with it, when he told me turn my car he notice it wasn't turning on as quick, he check the battery., It was very low, He said he found the solution It the battery He change it and ran another diagnosis and check the alternator everything was good, Drove to salt lake from noise with no problems and till today I don't have no problems. Thank you chevy for saving me a lot of money and getting me back on the road Will high recommend chevy for your next service He honest and humble, plus his mobile and open 7 days a week What else can u ask for. I was looking for a place open on Saturday and luckily Boise Auto Repair Mobile Tech Auto Repair had availability and was able to help! They came out and was able to diagnose the root cause of the check engine light and stuttering and sputtering on my Ford Escape to the EGR Valve. Chevy was able to get that fixed, fixed the air filter that hadn't been seated properly the last time I got it replaced (elsewhere), checked the battery and also topped off the coolant. I learned something new today, the engine coolant alert had been on and I had mistaken it for the battery light! I've never used a mobile auto service before but it was an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any other issues that crop up.
