They do not ask you about service options or pricing. Just drive your car in and then charge you the most they can. Not very open about pricing and just like giving surprise over priced oil changes. You should be asking your customers what they want and verifying pricing before just committing your customers to whatever option you chose for them at whatever price. Terrible service.

Got an oil change today. No problem with the oil change as far as I can tell, but minimal effort was made for good customer service. Nobody made eye contact with me or smiled from beginning to end. I told the technician I was going to run a couple of errands while my car was serviced, and was told it wouldnt take very long. I repeated that I needed the time and would be back in under an hour. The technician literally did not answer me, told me to wait in the lobby and then nobody came in to talk to me for ten minutes, while my spouse was waiting out front for me. I was then waved over to the counter and was asked what oil I used for my vehicle. It was my first oil change for a car that was new to me, and he was thoroughly annoyed that I had to call my husband. Another short answer from him when I asked the price difference for the high mileage vs standard. (Being that it costs twice as much, I think its a fair question). By this point I sent my husband to run errands, as it was clear I was not going to be allowed to go (it would have been appreciated if someone told me that it was not something they could do due to parking issues, etc, instead of the passive aggressive approach). Then came the online coupon for $10 off. I asked if it was good at this location. It was honored, but literally nothing was said to me. I felt very much like everything I asked was an inconvenience to the employees, and I dont feel like I was being a difficult customer. So, no matter how great the oil service was, I will never return to this jiffy lube. Never had an experience like this at any other jiffy lube or oil service center. Service: Oil change

I had the worst oil change experience that I have had in my 32 years as a driver and vehicle owner. The mechanic came out, and I showed him my 50% off coupon. I asked him how much I would be charged after the coupon for my type of oil change. He went in and spoke with his manager and then returned with the amount of half off $64.00 which he said would be $32.00 adding that, "my manager will take care of you and make it work." After the oil change was complete, he handed me over to the store manager who charged me an extra $12.00 for oil. I explained the price that his mechanic had given me. He threw his mechanic under the bus telling me that he was new and didn't know what he was talking about. He was extremely rude and denied that he had agreed to the price. I was given $22.00 off of the price of the oil change, plus charged the additional $11.20 for the extra oil. My oil change without the filter was 56.00. Not the $32.00 I was assured that it would cost. He then said that if I wanted to pay the $32.00, he would take the extra oil out of my vehicle. I had already paid an extra $15.00 for a new filter and felt this was poor customer service. I asked him to stick to his word, and he told me that his shop had the lowest price in town. Unfortunately this is not true, furthermore, they were the most dishonest, and least service oriented shop that I have found in the Treasure Valley. I am disgusted and do not want this poor experience and lack of integrity to affect other customers. Is $12.00 worth losing customers? Service: Oil change
