A Better Way To Clean

After booking a 11:00 appt & leaving ph. # with Paula. It came 1:30 & no show & no call. Called left message. 2 hours later the tech called saying, 'the tech called in sick today.' 'We didn't have your ph.#.' Paula sold this business.' Hmmmm..Paula is still on your answering machine too. ‍Very discrediting & unprofessional of your company. Um, no thank you, I won't be rebooking with you.

Beyond happy!! They showed up on time, was kind and curtious, and got my carpets done quickly. My carpets are clean, bright and smell wonderful! Also were left almost dry , only took an hour until fully dry. I will def refer them to my friends and family and will most def use them again! Service: Carpet steam cleaning

We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet when we found ABWTC. Pet stains, kid stains, odor. They arrived on- time and did a fabulous job. When they left, the carpet looked new and was almost dry. The house smelled clean. That was years ago and now we clean our carpets with them every season.

The guys at A Better Way To Clean did a great job on my carpets!! They vacuumed before they did their cleaning, and even used the wand to edge!! My carpets look awesome, and my house feels like home again. They were very courteous/professional, and they even gave me a free spray bottle of spot remover!! I have used other carpet services in the past, but I won't be using anyone else from now on! So if you're in the market to clean your carpet.......give these guys a call!!
