        Super nice employees , only that almost every single piece of information they provided me so I sign up was wrong. Data limit , Netflix usesge and worst...they were making fun of the hold times I experienced with Verizon...well the wait time with Tmobile is as long if not longer. Tmobile bombards me with the most vague emails... Im wasting too much of my time with Tmobile customer support... So far very unimpressed.

        Ryan did an awesome job getting us all switched over to Sprint with our new Samsung galaxy s20 phones! The transition was smoother than expected, and we're very happy with our overall experience. I'm already so in love with the camera on this phone and have been playing with it all day! He deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond in making this so seamless for us.
