Best Buy Mobile

They are the worst. Do not, I repeat, do not go there. They claim you can get rewards and activation fees waived from your carrier and then go back on their word once you get billed. The phones might be cheaper but you pay in other ways. They are misleading and liars.

Ordered something online and it was just going to take the 5 more minutes I saw the item behind them but they could not turn around in their chair to grab the item they'd rather gab amongst themselves and act like immature people they are making the customer wait 5 more minutes and then they turned around in their chair and got the item that's great customer service if you ask me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A BEST BUY I bought a $100 phone that cracked when I took the back off to insert an SD Card. When I purchased the phone I was not told about a protection plan, and when I wanted to buy a phone case and screen protector, they didn't have one. When I tried to talk to them on the phone, I was very rudely told that they always offer a protection plan and that because it was black Friday, they were just busy and that is an excuse if they didn't. I bought the phone at 6ish PM. I have the receipt if anyone wants to fact check me on that. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. I have only had issues and awful customer service from them.
