I know this owner personally. Be very careful what you say around him because he loves to spread all your dirt online. Just because I’m in recovery and so are you William doesn’t mean it’s ok to tell everyone my business. Not very professional. You would think a business owner wouldn’t betray your trust. It’s scary to think what he could do with all are personal info. Just food for thought.

Beautiful arrangements but horrible customer service. Earlier this month was my wedding anniversary so I wanted to get some flowers for my wife. She would always share pictures of his arrangements and I could see why. I called on Monday (5th) since my anniversary was on a Saturday (10th) and left a voicemail. On his voicemail message he even said, "Losing your business is the last thing I want to happen". So I was expecting a call back. Nothing. I called again Tuesday, nothing. Wednesday, nothing. Thursday I text, nothing. Friday I called to express how upset and frustrated I was. Still to this day, nothing back. I told my wife about this and she disappointed but the replacement flowers I brought home made up for it. It could have just been a bad week, however, when my wife called to order some flowers for her boss for Bosses Day she had the same outcome. No one returning her calls or text. In my experience, some communication with your customers is a good way to make sure they are happy with the outcome. NO communication whatsoever usually leads to unhappy customers. While I appreciate the beautiful arrangements, this is no way to run a business.
