Comfort Keepers Home Care

I was fortunate enough to find the Comfort Keeper while I was recovering from my hip surgery. The lady, Mallory, that they provide to help me with my after surgery care was a wonderful choice. She was kind, empathic, and intelligent. Mallory was a able to provide me with the assistance I needed without making me feel like I was totally inept. Her driving skills when we went places was thoughtful and correct. Her personality was fun loving but serious at the same time. It was very easy for the time to fly by and know that we accomplished all the tasks I has to do for that day. I appreciate Mallory and the company for making my recover seamless and enjoyable.

When we first started with this company it was great, however it seems once the office crew changed it became extremely disorganized. The aids we had with the l exception of a couple were amazimg with my mom. With the current state of events I understand that they do not have anyone to send out however communication would be helpful. After a week of not hearing from the office they send someone out. When I called the office to ask what the deal was Cristib just said OK no explanation of why there was not a call or anything. Very disappointed in how this company turned out. I believe if they got experienced help in and out of the office it would turn around.

Over the last 31/2 years I have utilized the services of Sonjia Yates and her staff in providing companion care to the great love of my life. My wife was diagnosed with early onset dementia at the age of 62. I took care of her for the first 4 years and when it became apparent that I needed help I called Comport Keepers. My objective was to keep her in her home as long as possible. The loving caregivers they provided made this objective possible and greatly enhanced her quality of life, as well as mine. Did we have bumps in the road, of course, but they were addressed and resolved quickly. My love recently passed and these caring folks shut down the office to attend her service. I am very grateful to Sonjia and her caring staff for the 3 plus years of wonderful support and give them the highest rating possible. Thank you again! James "Mike" Williams
