We can't say enough about Ylonda and the value of her expertise and professionalism. We could not have navigated the insanity of the real estate market without her. Even though demand created the need to move quickly, she put herself a step ahead by taking the necessary time and expending the necessary effort in order to know our needs and our preferences. She found us a home we are absolutely delighted with! We know she is just a phone call away if we have questions or need information. I can't imagine going through the home buying process without Ylonda or Jason. There is no substitution for the knowledge that your agent ABSOLUTELY has your back.

My experience in working with Jason to find a property that can be purchased for use as a rental unit has been great!. Jason is very knowledgeable about the area, has worked with me to identify potential properties and has gone beyond what I expected in helping me through the process, setting up contractors to do the work and recommending a property management firm. Terrific experience in a very competitive market as a home buyer. Ylonda truly listened, understood the seller's market and the nuances in each neighborhood. She was very no-pressure, yet reacted quickly when the right home came along, advising throughout and moving the deal forward with professionalism and strategy. We were able to buy a home and sell our old home within a couple of weeks of each other. Ylonda sent us listings, and we found the home we bought. Even though, she was due to go out of town for the holiday weekend, she set aside time in her tight schedule to show us the home and research any pertinent details, we made an offer the same day. Initially our offer was the 'back-up' offer, as the owner's chose to take a cash offer. But, when that cash offer fell through, we were able to buy the home. If there's a home you really want, it's worth it to take a back-up position, if offered, if your initial offer isn't accepted. From the very first, Ylonda was down to earth and friendly. My husband and I truly both saw her as someone we could call 'friend'. That is not something we are used to feeling about a person in any 'sales' industry! She didn't pressure us about hurrying to get our house sold, once our offer was accepted. She told us there was 'no pressure' to rush to put it on the market right away. That took a lot of the pressure of selling and moving in a very short space of time off of us and we were able to wait to move into our new home until we could do some remodeling to it first. When we put our old home on the market a couple of weeks later, it sold in a weekend. Ylonda also guided us through the processes of buying and selling with her expertise in the real estate industry. She navigated the 'fine print' in offers and contingencies and provided advice, understanding of the business and wording and also understanding and alleviating any concerns we might have. She has contacts within the industry and was able to suggest home inspectors and trades people who could give quality advice, repairs and estimations in a very timely matter. We feel as if we have made a new friend This was not the first home we bought/sold, but it was by far the easiest! Thank you Ylonda, for making our experience the best it could have been!
