I would have loved to give 5 stars. They were efficient and on top of it up till the end. They left a mess in my yard and a stain on my driveway from leaking hydraulic fluid from their trailer. They tried to make it right two weeks later after several calls and emails and cut me a check for the cleanup I did. I still would have given them 4 stars for this. Mistakes happen. However, the check they gave me bounced due to insufficient funds in THEIR account and my financial institution charged me a fee. Now no one answers the phone or returns my calls. Stay away from this company.

AMAZING AWESOME "A"Team came did the very best work. Francisco and Jenna and Roy were the Managers on the job throughout the two days to make a BEAUTIFUL Custom Roof, with upgraded features for weather guard and in the valley's as well as added 3 attic fans (our attic is now cooler than our garage), I HIGHLY recommend Paradigm, from beginning all the office works and correspondence and followthrough with Kailey, and the owner Josh who educated us and explained everything clearly, helped us pick out the right shingles and color for our project. Keeping in mind consideration of price, THANK YOU JOSH and Kailey, we LOVE our roof and our neighbors rave about it THIS is a huge compliment.

Paradigm was very professional, prompt and gave great customer service. Their communication was fantastic and the quality and speed of their work once they began the project was great. I highly recommend them for any roofing matter you may have.

Paradigm was very easy to work with! Their sales rep Will was very communicative and straightforward. We got a number of quotes for our duplex and paradigm came in the lowest, but had the same quality and materials as the other roofers. Their tiered pricing model was easy to work with and choose what we wanted. We needed to get the roof done before the end of the month, and Paradigm was able to move around a few things and squeeze us in. They got the roof done in a day and a half, which was very impressive. They left the house and surrounding area cleaner then when they showed up. I appreciated the follow up and walk through. I would recommend them!
