I'm elated that these folks could fix my old (about thirty-five) Singer sewing machine! Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I will definitely be going back for other things, like fabric and sundries. And I won't wait another thirty-five years again for my next machine maintenance ;-) Very pleased.

Really enjoyed the sewing machine class. The personal insights and experiences were helpful. Nice material selection and thread. Staff very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back for better look at stock.

I bought my sewing machine here, and absolutely wont go anywhere else. They are quite knowledgeable and honest. Had some issues with a prior machine and bent over backwards to make it right. Both stores are very attentive and pleasant. Great place to shop too.

I stopped in last week for a few little items, and had a great experience! I am a young sewist, and generally when I stop into quilting/fabric stores, I am not acknowledged by staff. However, this was far from the case here. When I entered, they were incredibly welcoming and happy to show me where a few items were, despite being in the midst of making kits. They also have a great selection of quilting fabrics (specifically, Tula Pink and Kona!) and bag-making materials. Also, as someone who works a 9-5 job, I am so glad they are open until 6 so I can stop by after work. Thank you for being so welcoming to a young sewist. I am glad I discovered it and will gladly come back!

I was shopping around for a new Serger and Idaho Seeing and Vacuum was my 1st stop. Laura P. Was wonderful. She took her time to explain a few different machines, their features and a price point I was looking to spend. I then left and looked at a couple of different stores. I ended up coming back to Idaho sewing and vacuum. They had the best selection as far as machine and price points. I spent over my estimated budget and I am happy I did. Laura P was great and Stephanie P. Was also great with answering a few more of my questions. I am also excited about the additional perks from buying from Idaho sewing and vacuum. If you are in the market for a new sewing machine or serger cheque them out!!!!
