For years James talked a lot during every appointment and it was annoying but he was cheap. 2017 things got bad. The stories became way too personal. AFTER my appt was already 45 minutes late and the last one of the night so it was well into the evening. It was late because there was a scheduling issue. They didn't even try to call to tell me. I was dealing with my own personal things so the appt was absolutely miserable. I called the following week to ask when they might be done and was told "Oh! We haven't even gotten to your week yet. We'll be processing yours next week." I said ok sorry to bother. I called at the end of the following week (they've had my stuff 2 weeks now) and they were "on his desk". I called 2 weeks later to hear "we're doing them as people call". The only reason I didn't find someone else was because I thought that would have been too much work. This year (2018) was even worse. My appointment was on 2/27. The whole appointment started out horrible because the woman who said in the phone call earlier that day "I'll remove HIS name from your file" was still calling me by HIS NAME. They said they were removing the name last year too. The next day after taking the paper I was missing I was told 10 days, and was brushed off when trying to explain how bad my previous year was. My payment check was cashed on 3/2. I called 3/23 and was told my papers were on his desk. On the 27th I was told they were on his desk. Now it's 3/30. This time I was told they wouldn't be done until next week. I drove down and after requesting my papers I was able to overhear him say "just give them to her I don't have time for that". I decided to edit this because I just discovered some of my documents are missing.

Find another tax preparer mistakes galore met with him on 3/26th came with wife signed our return for electronic filing. Came by 4/23 He still couldn't give me a copy. Just found out return was never filed. He's not at his office his phone is filled can not leave a message.
