This store put the wrong u-joint on our jeep, and charged double the price an honest mechanic would charge. We live 110 miles from the nearest Meineke, they wouldn't pay for a tow truck, but said only Meineke shop could do warranty work. Any mechanic that can't figure out the right part, but has to go by the book, is a joke. Customer service can't do anything except tell you to call the store.

Made an appointment everything was on time service was great and was pleased with the detailed inspection for just an oil change . Great job Caldwell Meineke
