        Called to make a appointment it took three attempts to get through on the phone. the person did not sound professional. Asked for my credit card info $70 to hold appointment first. The question I had if I canceled that appointment for any reason would I be charged? and that answer was "yes" That is why I wont do business with anyone with that setup of business.

        Service was amazing. Was told could not get help until Friday, the technician called and came on Tuesday and had the dishwasher fixed! And, that was on Christmas Eve!!!
