Desten, the technician explained everything thoroughly as he cleaned & did the regular maintenance on the air conditioner. Greatly appreciated. Everything looked good! I had to have the blue light on the air purifier replaced because it had burned out. It's very importsnt to have it! Desten is very good at his job. I highly recommend him!
