        Vincent came over and from the start was very rude. Was very sarcastic and cussed as well. Not professional and wasn’t trying to help us understand what we obviously needed help with. The lady that answered to schedule the appointment however was very nice so thank you for that. Only positive thing so far hopefully we get an estimate sent.
