      image Horrible service. My taxes didn't get filed for 2018 despite them having my info in February. I'm now having to pay $1500 in penalties and late fees. This was after being told REPEATEDLY that they were working on them, almost done, yep we have them, almost done, yes we are working on them...blah blah blah. They have moved so many times. Not sure what that means exactly but I would use caution.
