If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend you go somewhere else. We had her do our taxes in 2013 and are still paying for it. In 2016 we were contacted by the federal government for tax evasion. When we filled out all of our paperwork and turned it all of our paperwork to this accounting service they didn't send in some of our forms. It cost us $5,000 to the federal government. I reached out to her and all she did was apologize. She did not offer to refund us nor did she offered to help pay for it. I let it roll off my back because I'm not confrontational. This year we got a new letter from the state government saying we owe them $2,000 from 2013 tax evasion. I once again called, emailed, and stopped by to no avail. She will not talk with me, she will not refund us and she will not help us pay for this. This was a screw up on her part. She did not turn in our paperwork that she was supposed to turn it. We will be paying $7,000 total to the government in back taxes because of her screw up. And unlike other places she does not offer refund nor does she offered to help her clients. It is a scam and a joke. Go anywhere else but here.
